Totally no probs at all Sol,im sure you didnt plan to do that there at that time,that T2 was very tricky for sure,i saw things going bad for you up ahead,and i was sort of waiting and watching as i arrived at you to see which way to go,but come the time i couldnt really do much to avoid,and yes that was one big impact,i thought at the time we are both dead.

I had the rear end hanging out most laps through there lol, using the gas and the brake along with the gears to keep it on the track!

I had a lot of fun in the minis, never raced them online before.

I'm downloading it now, but I notice that the one you provided the link to is the latest version, and therefore says it has the bugs fixed. It should be ok.

However, because some people are banned at NG, I see Strongy has posted an upload to the track. I see that he has posted a couple of fix files as well, so I suspect his may be a little older, or people haven't got the fix as well.

I'll upload the one from Bram's link soon, since it is the latest version, and everyone should be using that one.

I downloaded from the toppost link, and just tried to enter both servers #1 and #2.
Got the message "booted as possible cheat" in both cases. Never had that before.

EDIT: I'll try Neil's fix posted earlier.

EDIT 2: No luck with that either.

I see that Lewis is in the server, so somehow it is possible???

EDIT 3: I'll try Strongy's posted links.

I downloaded Donington only a couple of days ago and without any fixes everything works for me apart from the pit arrows.
Maybe we should switch to a track that is less problematic like Interlagos? Does that work online? Just a suggestion.

I have tried every file and every patch, one at a time. I even tried turning down my graphics settings, but still no luck getting into the server.

This one has me beaten, I'm afraid.

It's strange that Lewis reports that the Pit exit arrows don't work, because one of the fixes was supposed to correct that.
Are we sure that the version on the Server is the latest one??

EDIT: Are you sure this fix file has been installed in the server??

EDIT2: I even tried an older download that I had archived, and still no luck.

I'd definitely reccommend swapping tracks, this could cause many problems. The problem is reported at No Grip and the track designer has said he is looking into the problems that many people are reporting.

Well I don't know what is going on here.
I removed all the Donniongton files completely, re-installed the track from the toppost link, set my Level of Detail to 50% (minimum) and I was able to enter the server ok.
I then kept increasing the level of detail till i reached my normal setting of 100% and did not have any problems.
It seems to be working ok now.

I have no idea why it now works but not before. Maybe we are safe to leave the event at this track. Very weird. :crazy: :noidea:

Yes Chris, specially T2, it is "you get the line or you don´t get it", when you are out of the driving line is very easy to go wide and end in the gravel. And T3 was a bit easier, but was one of the most fun to make, breaking later to T4 the left hander in 2nd.

A cool circuit. Isn´t it? :thumb:
