Now it has all the missing sponsor logos on it such as Clarion, Eurodatacar, etc.

Yes.I tried by modifying by 1,2 or 3.This doesn't solve the problem.

I solved the problem.I wasn't connected to the internet.When I launched Unreal Mod Unlocker,I got an update.
