Questions About Bella Vista Freeroam

I just purchased and installed the Bella Vista Freeroam. I installed it thru CM and am also loading it from there.

But unfortunately, it seems that it only loads for "Practice" and "Hot Lap". When trying to use any of CM's other driving modes, I get a red triangle with "!" next to "Go!" along with a message that says " 'Tag' Circuit is missing".

Can someone explain what that means? Was my download perhaps incomplete?

On another note, can someone confirm whether or not this freeroam track supports traffic? If so, what do I need to do to activate it?
