Question for WT Monaco Grand Prix

I've got a little problem for the Monaco GP.
Tomorrow, I'm not at home from around 14.00 - 15.00 (GMT+2), so there is a chance I'll not be back in time for pre-qualifying.
Now my question... If I can't make it to PQ in time tomorrow, and there are some empty places in G1, am I allowed to start at the back of the grid then?

Yes, if we have some empty places you are allowed to race, starting from the back of the field.
