F1 2014 PS3 Engine Screen

using PS3, when sitting in cockpit, when going into the setup menu for car, under the engine tab, my R&D is set to balanced? How can I change to aggressive? Or us it fixed.

Stupid question but would like to know.

Only the 1st Driver in the team can change it. If you get promoted to 1st driver during the season, or join a team as 1st driver you'll get to choose the R&D path
