PC1 Project cars on xbox one stuttering

Went to play project cars tonight on the xbox one and the game is stuttering like crazy, has anyone else had this problem tonight?

Had the same problem ONLY when I had the energy settings of the xbox on quick start (since I am Austrian, I don´t know the actual name of the setting in English, so it might be named differently) If the xbox was set to the low standby consumption setting the stuttering disappeared. Might be worth a try!
