F1 2013 Profile won't stay after Steam restart

I just re-installed F1 2013 but every time I restart Steam the game can't find my profile anymore. When I close F1 2013 and restart it it's there but when I quit Steam and start it after that it's gone.

Even when I make a backup and copy it back into the folder it won't find it. Even when I create a profile with the same name and then copy it.

The only thing I can think of is to try running Steam as administrator.

Perhaps because Steam is installed in the Program File x86 folder, there is an operating system 'permission' thing with reading/writing going on? I don't know, but it may be worth a try.

Right click on Steam icon > Properties > Compatibility Tab > Tick 'Run this program as an administrator'
