Problem with T-LCM pedasl

So I am trying to use my pedals (they worked fine the last time I used them) and all of a sudden today they decided not to work. I opened the calibration tool and it gave me an error saying that there was no factory firmware installed (WTF? How....?) and now it won't recognize them at all. Now windows is saying Unknown USB device (Device descriptor fail) and the troubleshooter doesn't help. I tried uninstalling the device but it still doesn't work. Anyone else have this problem and know a fix?

That sounds like your unit has failed and its time to contact Thrustmaster support and get them replaced.

Had a similar issue, try using the USB port if connected to the wheel.

If using a USB port already, swap to another and check the cable isn't damaged.

@ajm289 - ive got the same issue. I have sent my pedals back to thrustmaster twice sent in screenshots and videos and they said nothing was wrong. Tried three different computers and two cables all the same. I think it is a bug in the firmware. Try a few other things, and ill even format my computer to see if that solves. Ill update as I work through some final troubleshooting steps

I think it is a bug in the firmware.

Unlikely, or it would be affecting everyone and that’s clearly not the case.
