Precision Motorsports Bahrain Preview

After an unforgettable season 2010 for Precision Motorsports the celebrations in the team didn´t last long. Soon after the biggest success in the teams history the core team, which was left after a little shrinking to improve efficiency, sat back together to plan the next big coup.
With big plans and high hopes the team started preparing for the Formula Simracing 2011 season.
Now, almost 5 months later, it´s time to get serious. After a very good preparation and successful Wintertesting the team feels very confident about the upcoming challenges.

Bono Huis commented:
"Finally the season is starting after a very long winter. Bahrain is a nice track for me, won my first WC race there last year and obviously the target is to win again. Looking at our pace it should be possible but we have no idea what the others are doing so let's wait and see on sunday."

Team owner Johannes Kunkel commented:
"We had a very good wintertest, managing to push the whole testing program into the tight timeframe. We could gain very valuable data which was already proven in our race preparation in Bahrain. Of course until Sunday (or rather Saturday) evening we wont know how much all this is worth.
However the feedback from the drivers is very positive and we had no reliability issues so far."

Team manager Ondrej Kuncman commented:
"With just a few days to go, we are all anxious to see where we stand. It is going to be a stressful but exciting weekend with hopefully good ending. We have worked extremely hard to sort out all the setup issues and get properly ready for the season opener. Due to the bumps we had to make a few sacrifices but I believe the result is a reasonably competitive car for all our drivers. Qualification, similarly to last year, might be a bit more of a challenge for some but race pace will be again very strong. In World Series we don’t have particularly high goals, main is to finish with both cars in top 5. For World championship we have obviously only the highest goals."
