This filter uses a lot of glare very softly to achieve what i would describe as a soft dreamy look of the light.

Ciba1991 updated PPFilter C13Bliss with a new update entry:

Embedded color correction into ini

Included the color correction LUT within the filter ini itself. The LUT wasn't doing much, but unless you re-edited the filter it wouldn't have worked. I'm sorry for not quadruple checking how these things work, and no noticing that the path is in fact NOT relative
