F1 2014 Possible to host just a long practice session?

Will F1 2014 allow me to host an online room with just a long (two hours) practice session with no qualy or racing sessions?

I'd like to offer our premium members a driving academy class in F1 2014 as well but then the game has to be a bit more cooperative than the previous versions.

Nope.

There is no such thing as online practice mode in this F1 game series Bram, and that includes F1 2014

Below the next-gen game is F1 2015, and it might happen in that release

Are you able to have online practice sessions?
No, you aren't able to practice online. You can only take part in qualifying and the race. However, it will probably be in the next-gen F1 game.

EDIT: You also cannot host a server (lobby) without taking part in the race yourself.
