Please, I need help with my windows.dds file

Hi everyone i am currantly cloning one of Australias best cars that was driven by an Iconic racing driver Peter Brock and I have come a long way skinning this car, and I have never skinned before, and I will show you photos of both cars so you can see what I need doing, but I have no knowledge nor any idea how to edit my cars windows.dds file, so can someone please tell me how to remove all the items in my windows.dds file, I just want plain empty windows for my car, but I do need to remove the IVECO decals from my headlights and replace it with CASTROL text they are in the windows.dds file, so can I edit this with photoshop and if so how? or do I need to get someone to do it for me?

Below is a picture of the original Peter Brocks VK Commodore and underneath is the car I am skinning, just a quick question? could the wheels or the rims be cloned and placed on the ZB commodore?
