No its not DLC
But if you buy the deluxe edition you can select to drive as Casper, Devon and Aiden (along with getting their helmets and team suits)
So thats why i can´t do it but braking point itself is part of the game.

yep i just realized that... they didn't release the dlc when deluxe edition unlocked but the dlc is available now... sorry for the inconvenience

I would say braking point its free but you are paying 60 euros for a game soooooooooo....
But yeah it comes with the standard or deluxe edition.

Ah, I see. The DLC is actually that you can play as the characters from Braking Point as MyPlayer. Like MSC last year. Akkerman and Kimi in one team would be badass ;D
