You open the team folder, the file with .erp extension, go to the XML files tab, select the vtf, click on Xml Files in the menu and import.

there are several lines, I find it easier to copy from the demage mod, which in this case the setup is below the "F1SuspensionDamage" line

Are we supposed to upgrade our cars in de R&D screen? I don't want equal performance after a season you know.
also,
Is it possible to change the UI performance? It still shows merc en RB on top, would be nice to have it real-time.
