PC Requirement for RACE Series

Hello Guys!

I followed this site in the last months, meanwhile playing a little GTR2 on my old PC. But I liked this community, so I've decided to join.

But for RACE series I need a new PC. For that I would like to ask your help. I've set up a price limit, and the following components would fit in:
Processor: AMD Athlon II 250 / Intel Dual Core E6500 / Intel C2D E7400
(the last one is a bit over the limit)
Motherboard: AMD770 AM3 / Intel P43
Graphics card: ATI 4850 512/1024 MB
Memory: 2GB

I'd like to play in FullHD (1080p)
What do you think, is 512 MB video memory for 1080p, or I definitely need the 1 GB version.
So which do you prefer: E7400 with 512MB or 240/E6500 with 1GB

I have a pc with e7300 (@3,3GHz) and HD4850 512MB. And 4GB memory.
And I run it at 1920*1080 full 8xAA and 16xAF
