This game never stuttered before. Never a drop in frame rate in highest settings, but now it stutters about ever 90 or so seconds. This is terrible on a 100% race. The hang up lasts up to 3 seconds at times. I have done validation of files several times and have no mods except helmet which was done from the start. I play this game everyday. Any ideas?
