Pacenotes only in French audio

I can't work out how to change the pacenotes to English.
When I click Pace Notes Manager ,nothing happens.

I installed the rbr 13 mod,track pack and car pack after installing patch 1.01 and 1.02.

Is there something I've missed?

Open up the game without starting a stage (e.g. use the SSE-button in the RSRBR-menu) and go into profiles/settings. I guess that the default language in the game has been set to french by the RSRBR-install.

I clicked RS Center, logged in,then options,settings and selected EN(English)as the language.
Still talking in French.

P.S. oops found it in RBR options screen.
