Onboard Setting - HELP!!!!

For some reason I am unable to "use" Onboard Settings. I can click "reset"and "auto" but unable to change anything else, eg, cockpit further back, etc. This has only happened within last day. Can anyone help?

I have checked integrity files via Steam and have downloaded the few files that needed, however this did not help my present situation.

Are you sure you're not in the Dashcam view ? ... they may seem similar as the cockpit view according to the seat settings you use.
In Dashcam view .... only the FOV may be modified.

Thanks, but no. I may have to delete and reinstall. Very frustrating.

Edit: You were right!! I thought back and realised I had changed views while testing a download from ASR. So simple. What a dill I am. Thank you Jempy for taking time to answer my plea !!!
