No sound only mods are working for me

i just saw that amazing sound mods from "amplified" and i would like to get sound of ford gt40 from them to my e46 330ci.And if i copy the mod to sfx folder in 330ci and GUIDs aswell the car has no sound.Ive installed quite some mods and i am modifying power torque and just every thing about any car specification to fulfill my needs but this i dont understand.Am i missing some step?
I tried several sound mods on several cars and i doesn´t work for me

Use content manager to do it. Within one of those sound files the car name appears a bunch of times and has to match the car you are using the sound with. CM will do the renaming for you at the click of a button.
