No more uploads into the old downloads manager, new one in place

Hi we have installed, after two years of waiting, our new and FINAL resource manager. This means that the current downloads mod will not longer be actively used. You can still download the files posted but the new modications will go into the resource manager from today on wards and stay there until the end of times

Announcement will follow soon as we are currently setting up everything and have still to tweak a lot of configurations.

Bram Hengeveld i don't know if its how it should be or still have work to do but i noticed that we can't add files for GTL or Race 07 is it because the categories haven't been added yet or they will not be added ?
