Newbie Xbox Controller Issue

Hey All,

Just got rfactor (Primarily for dragfactor). I changed the controller setting to "Xbox One For Windows). steers great, but can not figure out shifting and giving it gas (minor problem LOL)

Any help would be appreciated. . .
