New Upgrade help

I know how to purchase and install upgrades from the Truck Service Shops. I cannot figure out how to purchase and install upgrades listed under "My Truck" "New Upgrades" such as exhaust stacks. Can anyone help me please and thank you.

Well, basicly the list of upgrades under new upgrades is just to let you know that there are new upgrades for your truck. You still have to go to the upgrade shop and buy/ install them there...

Right, but the new upgraes are not available as an option even at the dealership specific to the model "Volvo".
