I found the “GT3, Porsche Cup, P4, P3, P2, F3 calibration pass” entry under the AI heading to be interesting. That would seem to indicate that at least some of the AI behavior is found within the cars and not just properties of the tracks. Maybe this was already known, but I recall there being discussion not all that long ago about where the AI might actually be located within the game.
 
You know you’re a real car nerd when you really dig the orange livery included for the new M6, but deep down some part of you feels like a heretic for selecting any shade of orange on something other than a McLaren.
