New Team

I don't know if this is too early or way too late.
I am looking to create a team to enter one of the tiers for this year, I have a few questions if anyone can answer them.
The website is only updated for the 2014 season so is the step by step payment thing outdated or not?
Can the team owner race in the team?
One final question, Am I too late, if not then can I make a payment now?

I just did not want to leave it too late, I really have no idea how long before the season start you are supposed to confirm the payment so i thought I might as well ask now just in case.

No need to hurry. You can everytime create a team even in the season. Use the waiting time to make some nice skins for your team

The best idea James is to keep checking the forum, once a day isn't too hard

The FSR News & Announcements section is where you are most likely to hear anything in terms of calender, mod, rules, license fees etc.
