New headset recommendations

I'm currently using a Corsair Vengeance 2100 wireless headset. For the most part I don't have any complaints except for their ability in muffling outside noises. In addition, I'm not sure if there are currently better sound quality options. Any suggestions for alternatives?

Selection criteria below ranked from most to least important:

1) Cost - approximately $150 max
2) Sound quality
3) Microphone
4) Wireless

I would consider a wired headset but because I move from my racing/flight rig to my desk a wired solution would be inconvenient.

I had a pair of these bought to me as a gift not so long back.
Quite excellent at the price. Wired but long cable and you could even easily connect to USB hub.
Main issue may be if you feel "wireless" is worth spending a good deal more in having the comfort/build and quality these offer at a great price?

Thanks for the suggestion Mr Latte. That makes me feel better... I actually picked up the Cloud II's a couple days ago
So far the benefits outweigh the only negative (tethered), and that is a positive in some respects.

You can't go wrong with the HyperX Cloud II's. It's probably the best headset on the market. (Right now at least.)
