Need help with SOL please

so I installed content manager but it didn’t go to the root folder it went to c/user/myname/app data/local. I also don’t see the custom shader patch ? I also don’t have any mods and the directions on you tube say to change the name of custom shader patch in the mods section which I also don’t see in ac root folder please help !!!
