F1 2010 Need advice on Field of view

I'm wondering if there's any way i can change the field of view in the default cockpit view? What are the files that i should be messing with and any additional tools that i need edit the file?

PS: not gonna post anything that you felt that its your work or anything. I'm solely doing it for personal use as i find the default view is uncomfortable to me after long hours of playing which actually blurred my vision out of the screen. Which aint' healthy at all.
