when i download the liveries it downloads as a 7z file not a zip file and when i put them into the automobilista 2 folder they don't show up in game. im new here in racedepertment

Hello. Do you have 7.tip installed ? When you then extract the file, do you put both UserData and Vehicles folder into the root AMS2 folder ? Do you select Brazil Stock Cars 2021 in the menu ?

XML errors fixed !

I want to apologize for not noticing errors in the XML files with drivers Kyle Busch, Corey Lajoie and Daniel Suárez. The first two did not have the team names assigned correctly, while Suárez's nationality was set to USA instead of Mexico. All that is now fixed !

That is odd, i re-downloaded the livery pack myself and extracted both the Vehicles and UserData folders again into the root AMS2 directory. The AI names and everything with it is working properly for me. What do you mean by "added this to the steam folder" ? How did you extract it, where exactly ?
