I Have an issue as well with F1 22 and F1 23 .
In short: In MyTeam season , I cannot prevent some others Drivers to move to another Team : ie Russell goes to McLaren, Riccardo to Hass etc...
This behavior came the day where you have to negotiate with the driver you choose at start of the season creation. (11 for full season). Even if you keep the same Driver.
In Options, Change Drivers Team is on OFF.
Is this a bug , or do I miss something ?
