Motec in ACC

I am using Z1 analyser to compare my laps with faster drivers, but I would like to use Motec to try and improve my setups.

I have found a really good guide by Dalking on dampers, but is anyone aware of any good guides to interpreting Motec graphs? I am thinking principally around spring rates, roll angles and ride height.

I want to learn what a good graph looks like so that I can change my setups to chase a graph that looks good if that makes sense. I am fine getting the data into Motec and displaying it, I just want to understand better what I am looking at.
