F1 2010 modding a thrustmaster wheel (help)

I recently bought a wheel for xbox but to be honest it is pretty bad. I used to race on PC and still have a thrustmasters wheel that I much prefer, just wondering if anyone knows how to or can point me in the direction of a guide on how to mod the thrustmaster wheel to work with xbox... I dont mind using the wheel I have for xbox to use for parts.... I imagine it will involve moving a lot of the cables over.

I wouldn't mind using the xbox wheel even if I could just change the wheel over and still use the same base and pedals.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
