Mod distinction

I haven't stayed up-to-date with RF2 happenings for some time.
Is there currently any way to identify and separate official content from everything else?
Having seen all the positive reports, I made the purchase.
I'm not sure...(its been a very long time)...but I do believe I had a modded version prior.
Now, I'm not sure if I'm still on that one or the official S397 circuit.
There was no big download after purchasing or game startup.
I have not driven it in a while.

The official S397 has 4 circuits. two 24 hr variants, the Nords, without the GP parts attached and the stand alone GP circuit.

If you didn't get a big download (3.5GB), then you didn't get the Nordschliefe yet.
The official S397 track has very obvious S397 placards on it as you drive around.

I'm obviously on a modded track since I'v had no large downloads.
Its showing 2.01.rfcmp and 2.30.rfcmp in the BIN32 packages folder
