Missing Dlc for Bmw m4 competition from Mnba??

i am new to pc and am trying to get the modded cars bmw m4 and the new mercedes e63. Both have amazing interiors with the led lighting look awesome at night time in shutoko revival. I was told i probably need the dlc. from my understanding this means the original download from steam? i dont see any bmw packs on the store page. just the red pack and porsche packs etc. is there a bmw pack and mercedes pack i need for these to work out there somewhere? thanks alot

It's not dlc it's a mod.

I guess he wants to know which DLC is required to run this mod. Guess the creators used stuff of a dlced car for this mod.
