Micro-stuttering

Hi all, it seems on Game Stock Car i have a solid 30fps, but am experiencing a kind of stutter whilst driving, which is enough to get quite annoying and off-putting, but only the driver can really notice it! Does anyone else have this problem, or is it well documented, and is there any kind of solution? I have v-sync off in the config settings, and I also have an nVidia graphics card

It also appears that no-matter what graphics changes i make, my fps is set at 30, almost like something is artificially locking it?

Hey Ant, it's ok I found out what the problem was this morning - I had set nVidia inspector to limit FPS to 30 for when I was playing Flight Simulator X, but by moving this back to unlimited, I'm now getting smooth gameplay at 100FPS in Game Stock Car So all is well! Thanks for being willing to help!
