Hi! I've just discovered how to bring back the ability to redistribute weight (ballast) to F1 games starting in 2019. I only managed to test it in F1 2020, and I don't know if anyone has discovered it before. However, I am obligated to report this because for me it has brought back interest in the game (I hate understeer). You need to change the values in these lines:
