Bercellona famous for all of the tricky corners and really unfriendly curbs
But the untamed beast managed to pull of a decent lap time!

You have a point .
But is a base setup for me.
You can refine and improve it ;you are not restricted to use that . you don't like the bias ? change it; don't like the dampers change it...
is up to the user to tweak it based on driving skill style .
but for me is just a base setup that works.
