Sorry to say, but your skin is not mat at all. It still reflects environment as sharp image. I'm not familiar with gfx engine used in D:R so don't know if it's cabable to blur env reflections and properly scale specular reflections. But for sure the result is not mat.

this is true. I tried more mat, but the result is not so realistic, too plastic...
