to use this livery i need download a special mod?

Yes this is a DLC car, so it requires SRD's Focus Mod which replaces another non-DLC car with the .nefs of the '01 Focus, making the folder method usable.

Because it changes .nefs, it means it should only be used in Time Trial / Custom events, and shouldn't be used for online / career.

It's the best we can do with what CM gave us unfortunately.
