F1 2011 mark webber is really slow

Mark is always really slow in this game how come he always come below position 17? How do i make him go faster?

I'm sure there will be some AI mods to change certian stats with characters. At the moment it all seems to be luck of the dice on who does well. Last night I did a race where Alonslo was first and the 2 Lotus's were 2nd and 3rd. Which is weird, seeing as they don't have KERS..
