F1 2017 Manual start with upshift paddle stopped working

Manual starts working fine until now. Paddles working fine from flying laps, but can't get off the line with standing start. It recognises the input (SPACE and paddle are registered in MFD). Tried everything - deleting profiles, verifying local files, etc. Saw couple posts on CM forum, but no solutions.

Can't play the game now. Frustrating as hell.

Any help appreciated.

EDIT: in answer to my own post, I managed to resolve the issue by assigning all controls in my CS V3 pedal profile. No idea what changed, but working now. My rig spec was missing from original post - T300 + CSV3 + TH8A.
