Making Objects for Xpacks?

I have not touched BTB in a while and was interested in having a go and making my own objects for use in BTB for rFactor.

How would I go about doing this please?

Even it's a simple no texture cube just to test it works.

Could I make a basic cube in Sketchup for example, save it and export with the BTBEpacker or whatever it's called? I know next to nothing about modelling unfortunately.
