F1 2010 Low FPS and black screen after the session starts

I have been getting very low fps from the beginning and what ever resolutions I change to the FPS seems to be around 17(avg) and around 13(min). After installing the patch the game was a disaster as other have posted. In addition to this problem I am recently getting a black screen after the sessions starts.All I hear is the sound only. When I start my game in DX 11 mode, it goes to windowed mode.

However I am getting an average FPS of 25 in dirt 2. Can anyone help me out with this problem...? I have attached my benchmark results below
