Lost the ability to download files

I've all of a sudden cannot download files anymore??? all i get is Download Error.

Has anyone had this problem before and know how to solve because i have no idea what to do.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I would suggest getting on a different computer, download a program called hijackthis as well as malwarebyte anti-malware and run both of those on your system to see what it comes up with. You should be able to copy them to a USB drive and then move them to your system to run. Let us know the results.

Hi Jim I did a System Restore and to my surprise fixed my problem.

Glad to hear that Hiroshi, I suspect that you were hit by a malware program.
