Lan server issues

So i want to run a Lan server but the server just dies after 5 seconds. In the errors.log i get:
"acServerManager.exe Error: 0 : Load Config Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

when going to logs\session\output.txt it says:
RESPONSE: ERROR,INVALID SERVER,CHECK YOUR PORT FORWARDING SETTINGS
LOBBY COULD NOT BE RACHED, SHUTTING SERVER DOWN

I think this last error is normal since i havent done the ports for the server, but it should still run LAN. Instead it just dies. Any help?
During the short interval that the server is up, i cant see it on LAN on AC

You "have" to do the ports forwarding for the server to make it work in LAN - I run LAN and for me it won't work without doing this
