After 7 of 15 races of the Formula SimRacing World Championship, it is a good time for a midterm season analysis. Jasco Spain PSR stood as a new Spanish team, with two new drivers in the World Championship, facing the great challenge of consolidating in the Championship.

The objective for the first race, Australia, was to finish without problems and to acquire some experience. It is always a complicated challenge to debut, but even more to do so in a World Championship. The cars performed better than expected during the race, although they shown to be weak in qualifying. In the following races the team improved this aspect and had good performances in Bahrain, Monte Carlo and Canada, showing an upward trend of consolidation and competitiveness.

Bahrain saw that Zuhaitz Cabo may be close to the top 10, something unpredictable in these first races. In fact, Cabo surprised with their good results and their consistency, finishing on 3 occasions in 11th position. However, Moisés Rondón experienced technical problems with his pedals, which prevented him from participating in two runs and to train with the desired intensity. But this situation has also prevented him to show his true potential in the Championship. In fact, Moisés Rondón has only finished three of the 7 races so far.

A great season for us finishes this weekend. We at PSR have achieved more than we expected... but still we face a great challenge... to score the first point for Jasco Spain PSR in the WC championship.

Zuhaitz Cabo finished 11th in 4 races, and 12th in 2 other races... he worked very hard during the season and he really deserves it. His best friend, Moisés Rondón accepted to return for this last race, just for celebrating the end of the season.

Good luck Jasco Spain!
