Issue with controls

Using a Logitech G27 racing wheel and with the controls set up for the wheel with the game detecting it. The problem is that none of the pedals are working. The problem seems to be with the game not saving the controls or something. I've tried to switch the controls to keyboard and now even that isn't working so I have no clue what to do.
