Is wet weather planned?

I realise that it won't be in the initial release (or rather I'm assuming it won't), but I was wondering if rain/changable weather is planned for the future?

Obviously Race07 had rain and I really enjoyed it - it would be nice if this was being worked on for Raceroom Racing Experience.
