WRC10 Is there a way to share stickers from the Livery Editor?

Hi.
When I look at the designs of players using the Livery Editor in WRC10, I often see designs that are not included in the standard package, including the Red Bull design.
I'd like to know if there are any sites that share sticker data, import/export methods, or recipes for making stickers.

Also, if I were to create a site that would publish recipes, what elements would I need to include?

It isn't possible to import logos or liveries into the game.
For example,this player created a RedBull logo via the editor.Look in the comments, he says so.

The person who reproduced the RedBull logo used the game's tools.It probably took several hours.....
