Inverted G25/27 building plans

I have finally procured an extra set of pedals for my G25. I wanted to mount them upside down to get better leverage especially when braking and I started drawing plans on my computer. However, it downed on me that very possibly someone else has already done this and created some plans they may be wiling to share.

Ideally, I would like to fabricate mine in metal out of square tubing. Also, I wanted to be able to have the pedals adjustable, both as far as angle and as far as being able to slide them back and forth.

Does anyone know of existing plans I can download?
