Intermittentness on my Fanatec Formula Black V1

Hello, I've had this issue in the past week as to when my wheel randomly disconnects from my wheel, and certain buttons are selected when the wheel disconnects. The wheel works perfectly before I go inside of a sim title, but when I try to practice or something, the wheel's display likes to disconnect from my csw 2.5, thus I'm unable to shift up or down or try to select any of the buttons. What's really annoying is that I have buttons already assigned to look left or right, so when my wheel disconnects, it likes to show what my view is to the right or left. I've already checked my wheel rim and there is no damage to the pins. However, today I realized that when the display turns off, it turns on again once I try to push the wheel rim to csw2.5. I'm just curious to know what's wrong with my wheel.
